Meaning
Raziel, "the Secret of God", is the guardian of divine mysteries and author of the legendary Sefer Raziel HaMalakh, the book containing all the wisdom of the universe. According to tradition, Raziel gave this book to Adam after the expulsion from Eden so humanity would not lose all celestial knowledge. He stands near God's throne, where he hears and records all secrets of the cosmos. His presence indicates you are about to understand something previously invisible to you.
