To access certain features you need to create an account. By registering:

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information

MysticNova offers free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: 4 daily credits, basic features
• Starter Plan: More consultations and additional decks
• Plus Plan: Unlimited consultations and all features
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access other users accounts
• Automate access or extract data without authorization
• Share your account with third parties
• Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Interfere with the operation of the service

All content on MysticNova (designs, texts, images, code, tarot decks) is protected by copyright and is owned by MysticNova or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to these terms.

MysticNova is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms.

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
