Meaning
Kokabiel, "the Star of God", is the angel of stars and constellations. In the Book of Enoch, he is described as one of the angels who taught humanity to read the night sky, interpret constellations, and understand cosmic cycles. Kokabiel is the celestial cartographer who shows that every life has its own constellation: a unique pattern of lights that gives meaning to what from below appears as chaos. His presence indicates it is time to lift your gaze from immediate problems and contemplate the larger picture. What now seems an isolated point in your life is, seen from above, part of a larger design you cannot yet fully perceive.

Appears in 1 Enoch 6:7 as one of the two hundred Watchers (Grigori) and in 1 Enoch 8:3 as the one who taught humanity to read the constellations and astrology. Unlike other Watchers condemned for transmitting forbidden knowledge, some later traditions rehabilitated Kokabiel as a bearer of legitimate cosmic knowledge.
